Job Title: Field Support Engineer – Laptop Technician Experience: 1 to 4 years Location: Goa Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Field Support Engineer – Laptop Technician to provide on-site and remote support for laptop troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairs. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience diagnosing and resolving hardware issues, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring minimal downtime for end-users. Key Responsibilities: Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware issues on laptops. Repair or replace defective components such as motherboards, screens, keyboards, RAM, SSDs, etc. Provide technical support to clients on-site and remotely. Perform preventive maintenance and health checks on laptops. Ensure compliance with company policies and IT security guidelines. Required Skills & Qualifications: 1 to 4 years of experience in laptop repair and support. Ability to diagnose and repair hardware issues efficiently. Strong problem-solving and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and travel to client locations as needed.
