Landscape Architect

Job Description

Desired Candidate Profile Develop innovative landscape concepts for OSR spaces, community amenities, podiums, and terrace play areas, ensuring both aesthetic appeal and seamless integration with the overall master plan. Design and detail softscape and hardscape elements, including planting schemes, lawns, trees, pavers, seating areas, pergolas, water features, and other built landscape components. Lead large-scale landscape projects (minimum 2 acres), particularly within plotted developments, ensuring effective spatial planning, environmental sensitivity, and functional land use. Integrate landscape design with infrastructure elements such as internal roads, pavements, curbs, lighting points, drainage systems, and other essential site utilities. Produce detailed construction drawings, BOQs, technical specifications, and GFC sets to support accurate and efficient execution on-site. Coordinate with site engineers and project managers to ensure design intent is clearly communicated and accurately implemented during the execution phase. Collaborate with the procurement team for material finalization, technical review of samples, and ensuring timely sourcing aligned with design specifications. Engage directly with vendors for evaluating and approving landscape materials, finishes, and accessories, ensuring quality standards and project compatibility. Oversee on-site landscape execution, monitor construction progress, and ensure compliance with approved drawings, quality standards, and project timelines. Work cross-functionally with internal teams including architecture, civil, and MEP disciplines to ensure coordinated and comprehensive project delivery. Manage the full design lifecycle, from concept development through detailing, documentation, site implementation, and final handover to post-completion evaluation. Prepare final project documentation, including as-built drawings, O&M manuals, and client presentation materials to ensure seamless project closure and client satisfaction.
