Key Responsibilities: Understand client requirements regarding land size, location, and intended use . Identify suitable land parcels and conduct feasibility studies. Negotiate with landowners, government agencies, and other stakeholders to secure favorable deals. Liaise with revenue officials and relevant authorities to ensure a smooth purchase process. Handle documentation, legal formalities, and compliance related to land acquisition. Coordinate with internal teams to assess zoning regulations, land titles, and due diligence requirements. Maintain strong relationships with real estate developers, local authorities, and property consultants. Requirements: Experience: 3-7 years in land acquisition, real estate, or a related field. Education: Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Skills: Strong negotiation and communication skills. In-depth knowledge of land laws, property documentation, and regulatory procedures . Experience working with government departments and revenue officials . Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and close deals efficiently. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in commercial, residential, or industrial land acquisition . Familiarity with local real estate markets and regulations.
