Land Acquisition Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Land Identification and Sourcing:

  Identifying potential land parcels based on project needs, conducting due diligence on titles and ownership, and researching market trends.

• Negotiation and Acquisition:

  Leading negotiations with landowners, drafting and reviewing legal documents (MOU, Sale Agreements), and coordinating with legal and finance teams.

• Due Diligence:

  Managing title searches, environmental assessments, and ensuring compliance with zoning and land use regulations.

• Stakeholder Management:

  Building and maintaining relationships with landowners, government officials, and other relevant parties.

• Documentation and Record Keeping:

  Maintaining accurate records of land transactions, legal status, and ownership history.

• Market Research and Analysis:

  Monitoring real estate trends, land pricing, and infrastructure projects to identify strategic opportunities.
