Advise senior management on strategies to mitigate legal risks and safeguard the company's interests. Corporate Restructuring and Financing: Provide legal counsel on corporate restructuring, capital raising, debt financing, and other corporate finance-related activities. Draft and negotiate loan agreements, shareholder agreements, and other related documentation.
