Location: Bangalore – Whitefield Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Digital Monitoring Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring digital spaces, including various online portals, to ensure compliance, security, and optimal performance. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to address issues promptly and improve our digital presence. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct continuous monitoring of digital platforms and online portals to identify and address potential issues. • Proactively analyze data and trends to detect anomalies and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. • Collaborate with IT, security, and other relevant teams to resolve issues and implement improvements. • Generate regular reports on monitoring activities, findings, and actions taken. • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital monitoring and cybersecurity. • Provide recommendations for enhancing digital monitoring processes and tools. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field. • Proven experience in digital monitoring or a similar role. • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. • Familiarity with digital monitoring tools and software. Preferred Skills: • Experience with remote monitoring tools and techniques. • Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards. • Certification in cybersecurity or related fields.
