Job Description Job Location: Mysuru (WFO) No of Position: 2 L&D Strategy and Framework Design a L&D framework for the organization, by level and function, based on the competency framework designed for the organization Work with ER and Business Leaders to create career maps for employees across functions Design appropriate learning interventions for different segments of the company, based on level and function Continuous learning and training needs analysis to feed and tweak the L&D Framework as required Manage the L&D Budget, leverage available open source / free learning platforms where possible.
