Mandatory Skills : Responsibilities ensure that the Kronos Consultant can effectively support the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of Kronos WFM systems, providing clients with reliable and efficient workforce management solutions. Detailed Job Description : Need Kronos Consultant 1. Requirements Gathering and Analysis: 1. Gathering business and technical requirements from clients. 2. Performing needs analysis to determine how clients need to use the system. 2. Documentation and Testing: 1. Documenting business requirements, design specifications, and test scripts. 2. Coordinating, documenting, and executing unit, integration, and acceptance testing of implementation configurations. 3. Writing and executing test cases for clients. 3. Client Coordination and Communication: 1. Coordinating with clients, team members, and other stakeholders. 2. Providing support to users in a production environment. 3. Communicating progress, risks, issues, and status of deliverables to clients. Additional Responsibilities: • Training and Meetings: 1. Scheduling training sessions and meetings to discuss improvements and updates. 2. Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and developments. These responsibilities ensure that the Kronos Consultant can effectively support the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of Kronos WFM systems, providing clients with reliable and efficient workforce management solutions. Location: Any IBM Location. Resource should be available for F2F Interview in IBM location based on account request and Day 1 reporting post OB. RTH-Y. Threshold Band 7A.
