You will ensure that conversational flows, integrations, and responses work seamlessly and meet both functional and user experience standards. Key Responsibilities Understand and validate conversation flows, intents, entities, and bot behavior across chatbot and voicebot use cases. Design and execute test cases, scenarios, and test data for conversational interfaces (text and voice). Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) of chatbot and voicebot implementations.
