Job Description

Location: Salem Reports to: Café Manager / Supervisor Job Summary: We are looking for friendly, reliable, and customer-focused individuals to join our café team. As a Café Staff Member, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service, preparing food and beverages, and ensuring the café remains clean, welcoming, and efficiently run. Key Responsibilities: Greet and serve customers in a polite and professional manner Prepare and serve hot and cold drinks, including coffee and tea Handle food preparation, including sandwiches, pastries, and snacks Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems and handle cash/card transactions Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the café, including tables, counters, and kitchen areas Restock shelves and fridges as needed Comply with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations Support team members to ensure smooth day-to-day operations Address customer queries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally
