You will work closely with various departments, including content, development, and analytics, to execute and optimize SEO initiatives. Your role will also involve identifying growth opportunities, monitoring SEO performance, and staying updated with the latest trends and algorithm changes. Key Job Role and Responsibilities: 1. Develop, implement, and optimize comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic rankings and drive traffic growth. 2. Conduct detailed SEO audits and present actionable insights for on-page and off-page improvements. 3. Perform keyword research to identify opportunities for new content and optimization of existing content. 4. Collaborate with content and marketing teams to develop SEO-optimized content, ensuring alignment with target keywords and search intent. 5. Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Semrush, Ahrefs, and other SEO tools. 6. Manage technical SEO improvements, including page speed optimization, mobile responsiveness, and site architecture. 7. Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to ensure the company’s digital assets remain competitive. 8. Conduct competitor analysis and identify growth opportunities in terms of keywords, backlinks, and content. 9. Coordinate with web developers to ensure proper implementation of SEO recommendations, including meta tags, schema markup, and structured data. 10. Assist in managing link-building strategies to enhance domain authority and organic visibility. 11. Conduct A/B testing to optimize title tags, meta descriptions, and other key SEO elements. 12. Mentor and support junior SEO team members, providing guidance and feedback. Key Essentials for this Role: 1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 2. 5+ years of hands-on experience in SEO with a proven track record of increasing organic traffic and rankings in the international market. 3. Strong knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices. 4. Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Semrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc. 5. Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as they relate to SEO. 6. Experience with technical SEO, including website speed optimization, mobile-first indexing, and structured data implementation. 7.
