About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement a strategic growth plan to expand the agency's client base 2. Identify new business opportunities, industry trends, and emerging markets to drive revenue 3. Establish and nurture relationships with potential clients, agencies, and industry influencers 4. Craft compelling sales pitches and proposals tailored to client needs 5. Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve revenue targets 6. Develop pricing strategies and service packages for different client segments 7. Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to enhance brand visibility 8. Oversee content marketing efforts including blogs, case studies, email campaigns, and thought leadership articles 9. Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns including SEO, PPC, social media, and influencer collaborations 10. Plan and execute promotional campaigns for new video production services or creative offerings 11. Coordinate with the creative team to produce compelling marketing materials, showreels, and portfolios 12. Track and analyze marketing performance leveraging data to refine strategies 13. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business 14. Act as the primary point of contact for high-value clients ensuring excellent customer service 15. Gather client feedback and translate insights into actionable improvements 16. Manage post-project follow-ups and upsell additional services 17. Identify and build partnerships with complementary businesses, agencies, and influencers 18. Represent the agency at industry events, trade shows, and networking forums 19. Collaborate with media and PR agencies to boost brand presence Requirements: 1. Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field 2. Good understanding of digital marketing, branding, and content strategy 3. Proven track record in driving revenue growth and securing high-value deals 4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills 5. Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making 6. Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams 7.
