Job Summary: Key Responsibilities: Lead Soctrip's Flight vertical as the P&L owner, responsible for building and scaling the flight booking business through direct airline partnerships, API integrations, and strategic growth initiatives in both domestic and international markets. Lead the entire flight team and drive strategic direction for flight vertical growth Set performance targets, manage budgets, and oversee airline partner development and campaign success Develop and execute flight sales and marketing strategy for Soctrip Manage high-level partnerships with airlines (direct contracts and API integrations) Supervise all flight sub-teams: Sales, Admin, Campaign, and Support Analyse flight performance reports and optimize KPIs (booking volume, revenue, margins) Ensure confidentiality of seller information; take full responsibility for any damage caused to sellers/partners/users or Soctrip Do not use personal contact information (including phone numbers, email addresses, social media accounts, messaging apps, etc.) to communicate with sellers/partners/users. Only use company-approved contact details for sellers/partners/users communication and support during your employment with Soctrip and Hahalolo Requirements: Education : Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Business, or related field; MBA preferred Experience : 8-10 years in airline/flight distribution industry with 3+ years leading flight operations Certifications : IATA Certification required (IATA/UFTAA Consultant or higher) Technical Skills : Expert knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo, Travelport) Experience with airline NDC APIs and direct connect integrations Deep understanding of airline revenue management and pricing strategies Proficiency in flight inventory management and distribution Key Competencies: Proven track record of building airline partnerships (both LCC and FSC) Experience negotiating commission structures with airlines (5-12% range) Successfully managed flight business with 100Cr+ annual GBR Understanding of both IATA and non-IATA airline distribution models Knowledge of international and domestic flight market dynamics Performance Metrics: Monthly flight booking revenue targets Airline partnership growth (new airline additions) Commission margin optimization Market share growth in key routes Benefits: Dynamic and friendly global start-up work culture Competitive salary with regular performance reviews Fun team activities: monthly birthdays, events, and gifts Annual team building and company outings Supportive environment during personal or health-related situations Paid leave and other benefits as per company policy
