Kannada Educator

Airlearn is looking for a highly skilled and motivated Educator (Kannada) to join our Kannada Content division. As an Educator, you will be responsible for creating high-quality educational content, leading a small team, and providing strategic direction to ensure that our language learning app meets the needs of learners worldwide. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of both Kannada and English, experience in content creation within the language learning sector, and the leadership skills necessary to mentor a subject matter expert. Your key responsibilities will include designing and developing engaging Kannada language learning content tailored to learners across global markets. You will collaborate with the Content Head and other team members to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive curriculum. Additionally, you will utilize feedback and data analytics to refine and optimize content for maximum engagement and effectiveness. It is essential to stay updated with the latest trends in language education to innovate and continuously improve our content offering. To qualify for this role, you should have proficiency in Kannada and strong English communication skills. A proven track record of creating compelling content for language learning, preferably with experience working for language learning platforms, is required. Demonstrated leadership ability with experience in team collaboration and mentorship is also essential. A strong understanding of curriculum development and educational content strategy, along with a creative thinker with a data-driven approach to content creation and optimization, will make you a strong candidate.
