Job Description

The role of Quality Control involves conducting quality assessment measures for all products ready to be shipped and incoming raw materials. This includes reviewing plans, specifications, and blueprints to ensure product requirements are met. Any incoming raw materials that do not meet quality expectations are to be rejected, with immediate reporting of issues to the relevant department. Responsibilities also include resolving quality-related issues promptly, meeting deadlines, and providing training to the quality assurance team. Designing an efficient design protocol applicable across all domains is essential. Documentation of the inspection process, such as detailed reports and performance records, must be prepared. Moreover, the Quality Control personnel are expected to recommend improvement measures to enhance production processes and maintain quality control standards. Providing guidance to the production team on quality control matters is crucial for enhancing product quality. Monitoring customer satisfaction levels and overseeing the production phases at various levels are part of the role. This is a permanent position with benefits such as Provident Fund. The work schedule is during day shifts, and the work location is on-site.,
