Junior Content Writer

As a content writer at Shop LC, a subsidiary of Vaibhav Global Ltd (VGL), you will play a crucial role in shaping the digital presence of Shop LC and contributing to its growth. Your primary responsibility will be to create compelling and informative content that enhances the shopping experience for customers, drives online sales, and effectively promotes the products. You will collaborate with various teams to develop engaging product descriptions, eye-catching meta ads, and persuasive content across multiple platforms such as the website, blogs, social media, and landing pages. Your work will be instrumental in ensuring that the messaging aligns with the brand voice, supports SEO strategies, and ultimately leads to increased conversions. Key Responsibilities: - Crafting Product Descriptions/Summaries: Create clear, concise, and engaging product descriptions that highlight key features, benefits, and unique selling points. - Developing Meta Ads & Landing Pages: Generate effective meta ad copy and optimize landing pages to enhance engagement and drive conversions. - Conducting Research & Development: Perform detailed product research, market analysis, and trend forecasting, focusing particularly on the US market to guide content creation. - Creating Off-Page Content: Write and publish articles, blogs, social bookmarks, and forum posts to boost traffic and raise brand visibility on external platforms. - Staying Updated on Trends: Keep abreast of content and market trends, specifically in the jewelry and e-commerce sectors, to produce relevant and appealing content for the target audience. - Crafting On-Page Content: Produce SEO-optimized content for product listing pages (PLP), blogs, and other key sections of the website. - Developing Content Strategy: Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to design content strategies that align with overall business objectives. - Conducting Website Audit: Regularly review and update website content to ensure relevance, accuracy, and effectiveness for an optimal user experience. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Bachelors or Masters degree in English, Mass Communication, or a related field is preferred. - Prior experience in copywriting or content creation, preferably in an e-commerce or digital marketing environment. - Strong writing and editing skills to create persuasive and engaging copy. - Sound understanding of SEO principles and their application in content creation. - Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, CMS platforms, and content management systems. - Proficiency in MS Office tools like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. - Ability to analyze content performance data and leverage insights to optimize future content strategies. - Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting. - Analytical mindset to evaluate content effectiveness and make data-driven improvements. - Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate with cross-functional teams. - Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and developing content that resonates with diverse audiences. This position offers a yearly compensation ranging from 3,00,000 to 5,00,000 INR and requires 1-2 years of experience. The role is based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, and is a full-time onsite opportunity.,
