Semi Qualified or Qualified Company Secretary
Familiarity with banking regulations, compliance requirements, and risk management practices.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in handling financial data and transaction records.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines

About the Job:

Managing all banking transactions, including payments, invoicing, and rental collection.
Distributing rental payments to customers and updating information on the operations portal.
Reconciliation: Conduct periodic reconciliation of bank accounts, including cash, deposits, and suspense accounts, to identify
and resolve discrepancies. Investigate and rectify any discrepancies in transaction records, ensuring integrity and accuracy of financial data.
Coordinating with payment gateways and facilitating limit increases as needed
Documentation / Paperwork / Transactions / Coordination with Investors & Other stakeholders.
