Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Clean up AI-generated animations
(fixing broken joint movements, incorrect poses, finger positions, etc.).
Create
basic animations from scratch
when needed (e.g., idle, walk, gestures).
Work with skeletal rigs provided (MetaHuman or other characters).
Ensure clean keyframes, natural movement, and export-ready animation files.
Collaborate with the director and team for feedback and revisions.
Prepare animation files for export (FBX or compatible formats).

Requirements

Basic knowledge of
animation principles
and human motion.
Familiarity with animation software like
Blender, Maya, or MotionBuilder
.
Understanding of
rigging basics
(bone structure, IK/FK, constraints).
Ability to clean up messy AI motion (like joint popping or unnatural movement).
Willingness to learn and work on cinematic storytelling projects.
