Accounting Experience: 1-3 years (Preferred)

Qualification: UG/PG Degeree

Notice Period: Immidiate Joiner / <15 Days

"Westart Communications India Private Limited" Established in the year 2018 at Chennai,Tamil Nadu, We are a Private Limited Firm, engaged as the Manufacturer of Sawdust Powder,Wood Pellets,Wood Chips,Biofuel Briquetts and many more.Environmental issues and concerns for the conservation of natural resources have been in talks on a global scale for decades Globally, it has been estimated that an average amount of Waste generated annually scales over billions of tons! When the Waste of this magnitude is not processed, it leads to several issues such as pollution, depletion of natural resources, contamination, accumulation of landfills, global warming, etc.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Should be well versed with Tally, knowledge of other ERP would be preferred.

2.Verification of Vendor Invoices and correctly accounting in Tally

3.Ensure the vendor invoices booked in Tally

4.Reconciliation of input GST as per Books & GST portal and follow up with Vendor if required

5.Preparing details for TDS payments

6.Preparation of Sales invoices

7.Accounting of collection entries in Tally

8.Daily Bank Reconciliation Statement

9.Preparation of Ageing of Debtors Creditors, follow up for collection, settlement and reconciliations

10.Preparation of MIS reports in excel

11.Knowledge of Monthly and yearly books closing entries

12.Verification of Ledgers, Provisions, Expense Payables and general accounts for errors and rectification

13.Hands of experience in GST, TDS.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.39 per month
