Role & responsibilities Administer, configure, and maintain Jira Software, Jira Service Management, and other Atlassian tools Set up and manage custom workflows, permissions, and schemes Troubleshoot, identify, and resolve technical issues related to Jira instances, including integrations with other tools Maintain and update user access control, permissions, and roles Provide training, documentation, and support Jira users, ensuring they are utilizing the system effectively Support Jira dashboards, reports, and filters Support the teams Principal Engineer with Jira maintenance, administration, upgrades, patching, and integration of additional plugins Support Plans (Advanced Roadmaps) and propose, implement and rollout solutions which support the organizations processes and user requirements Build relationships and work closely with other technical Group of Company security teams in different regions across the world Ensure configuration and code quality and best practices through peer reviews Document application playbooks and functionality implemented Participate in Agile scrum ceremonies which includes standups, sprint grooming and planning Preferred candidate profile Minimum of 5 years’ experience supporting, solutioning and/or administering IT servers and applications Minimum of 3 years’ experience as an Atlassian Jira Administrator Experience with installing, configuring, and upgrading Atlassian Data Center’s Jira In -dept knowledge of Jira Software, Jira Service Management, and other Atlassian products (e.g., Plans (Advanced Roadmaps), Assets) Experience with Atlassian plugins (e.g., ScriptRunner, Automation for Jira) Experience using Jira Enterprise Mail Handler (JEMH) and/or Jira Email This Issue (JETI) for advanced email automation, notification, and workflow enhancements Knowledge of Jira Query Language (JQL) Basic knowledge of SQL, Linux command line, and database management Familiarity with REST APIs for Jira integrations with other tools

Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot desktop and notebook computers (On Site Remote) Daily follow ups on pending ticket to closure and ensure SLAs are met Follow up drive closure of long pending tickets Set up and configure printers, scanners, and other peripherals Working on a 24*7 environment and on shift basis Install and configure software Having PowerShell scripting knowledge is valuable for automating tasks and improving efficiency Coordinate with vendors as needed Alert the support teams on outages and provide necessary updates on Bridge calls Review and test new applications, printers, software s etc. and provide feedback Document issue resolution, Prioritize and re assign tickets in JSM Handle escalated issues support the engineers on floor Develop and share Knowledgebase to the teams Propose Service Improvement Plans for the company and work on implementing them Maintain excellent communication with all end users and other members of the technology department

In this role, you will: Must have strong experience (SME) in JIRA, Assets, Structure, Confluence, Groovy/Python scripting, Linux, Script Runner. In-depth knowledge of Jira Software, JSM and Confluence administration, configuration, customizations and Automations. Experience in building and supporting integrations built on REST services(Jira Java and REST APIs) Experience in building the dashboards, reports from Jira (Rich Filter Dashboards, Structures, Roadmaps / Plans) Analyze and assess the existing instances, including data structure, workflows, and configurations, to determine the best approach in solutioning / designing the project in Jira. Collaborate with cross-functional teams developers, analysts, stakeholders, project managers, system administrators, and end-users, to understand the specific requirements and objectives of the consolidation. Certifications in Jira and Confluence administration are preferred. Experience building strong relationships with senior leadership. Good analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. Strong organizational, multi-tasking and prioritization skills.
