Job Description Justification for Motor Test Activities Employee Responsibilities: Responsible for complete motor testing: The employee is accountable for conducting thorough motor tests, ensuring all procedures are followed to verify motor performance and safety. Responsible for creating a report of testing: After testing, the employee must accurately document all findings, results, and observations in a comprehensive test report. Responsible for uploading the report in GTN: The employee is required to upload the finalized test report to the GTN (Global Test Network) system for record-keeping and traceability. Responsible for sharing the report with product engineering and plant teams: The employee must distribute the test report to relevant stakeholders, including the product engineering team and plant operations, to ensure transparency and facilitate any necessary follow-up actions. Monitoring all tests: The employee is responsible for overseeing all motor tests, ensuring they are conducted according to established protocols and standards.
