What You Will Be Doing

• Assist the Executive Chef in the overall kitchen operations and day-to-day management
• Ensure consistent food quality and presentation, maintaining high culinary standards
• Supervise and train junior kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment
• Monitor kitchen inventory, manage ordering, and maintain cost controls
• Coordinate with F&B Service team for smooth guest experience
• Ensure strict compliance with food hygiene and safety standards
• Innovate and contribute to menu planning based on seasonal and local ingredients

Your Experience and Skills Include

• Proven experience in a similar role in high-paced hotel or resort kitchens
• Strong culinary skills with a passion for regional and international cuisines
• Effective leadership and team management capabilities
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to thrive under pressure and in remote natural settings
• Knowledge of food cost management, hygiene standards, and kitchen equipment operations

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
