Looking for a Manual / Automation Tester to help guide our organization to build scalable software solutions. The person would be responsible for ensuring software quality by testing applications. They execute test cases, identify bugs, and collaborate with development teams to resolve issues and improve software functionality. Their work involves a combination of meticulous testing, detailed documentation, and effective communication.

Job Accountabilities (Duties and Responsibilities)

• Develop and execute test cases, both manual and automated, to verify software functionality, performance, and usability
• Identify, document, and report software defects, ensuring accurate and detailed information for developers.
• Prepare and maintain test environments, including test data and necessary tools, for effective testing.
• Ensure software meets quality standards, including functionality, performance, and usability, throughout the software development lifecycle.

Skills Required (Knowledge and Skills)

• Ability to identify and analyze software defects effectively.
• Knowledge / Experience of Automation tools like Playwright, Selenium or Cypress would be great advantage
• Understanding of various testing techniques and best practices.
• Experience with test management and defect tracking tools.
• Understanding of the different stages of SDLC

Key Attributes (Experience and Qualifications)

• Masters / Bachelor's degree in Computer science, Statistics or relevant field

• 5+ years of relevant experience as a Manual / Automation Tester

• Excellent communication skills and ability to explain protocol and processes with team and management.
• Time management skills, with the capability to prioritize and multitask as needed.
• Great attention to detail, Organizational skills and an analytical mind.
• Current understanding of best practices
