Jr. Project Manager Real Estate

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Execution Assistance & Coordination:

  Support in execution, managing and coordinating residential, commercial, and mixed-use real estate projects. Assist senior project managers in overseeing daily operations and ensuring projects progress smoothly.

• Stakeholder Interaction:

  Serve as a point of contact for clients, contractors, architects, and vendors, ensuring smooth communication and addressing any project-related inquiries.

• Schedule & Budget Monitoring:

  Assist in developing and maintaining project schedules, tracking milestones, and ensuring the project stays within budget by monitoring costs and expenditures.

• Regulatory Compliance Support:

  Assist in ensuring compliance with local regulations, building codes, zoning laws, and safety standards. Help in obtaining necessary approvals and documentation for the project.

• Site Visits & Progress Tracking:

  Conduct regular site visits to monitor the progress of construction, report any delays, and assist in resolving minor issues. Provide progress updates to senior project managers.

• Risk Monitoring & Problem-Solving:

  Identify potential risks and delays on-site, assisting in problem-solving and ensuring the timely resolution of issues to maintain project timelines.

• Project Handover & Documentation:

  Assist in the commissioning phase and ensure that all required documentation is ready for final handover to clients, including certificates and compliance reports.

• Sustainability & Infrastructure Alignment:

  Ensure that sustainability standards and infrastructure requirements (e.g., MEP, IT systems) are being integrated throughout the project.

Qualifications:

• Educational Requirements:

  Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field. PMP certification or relevant industry training is a plus.

• Experience:

  5–10 years of project management experience in the real estate sector, ideally with experience in residential, commercial, or mixed-use development projects.

Skills & Expertise:

• Knowledge of real estate development processes, including construction, planning, and design.
• Familiarity with MEP systems, building codes, and zoning regulations.
• Ability to assist in managing project budgets, schedules, and contracts.
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact with clients and stakeholders.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail to support the smooth delivery of projects.
• Proficiency in MS Office and project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, Procore).

Desirable:

• Exposure to residential, commercial, or mixed-use real estate projects.
• Familiarity with sustainability certifications like LEED or ISO 50001.
• Knowledge of the latest construction technologies and real estate trends.
