  • Recruitment:

  • Training and Development:

    Supporting training initiatives by coordinating sessions and tracking employee development plans.
  • Compliance:

    Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Reporting:

    Assisting in the preparation and submission of HR reports.
  • Performance Appraisals:

    Supporting the performance appraisal process by collecting and analyzing performance data.
