Site Head (Projects) - 15+ years experience
Project Manager - 10 to 15 years experience
Senior Engineer - 5 to 10 years experience
Junior Engineer - 2 to 5 years experience
MEP Engineer (Mechanical) - 5 to 7 years experience
Job description :
1) Civil Site Execution
2) Checking RCC and Finishing work as per drawing
3) Planning and Supervising Daily activity of execution
4) Cordination with MEP/Architect and other Department.
5) Maintaining Daily Record of Manpower
6) Involved in Ste Management and Project Planning
7) Maintaining Quality of Project.
8) Involved in Finishing wok i.e Tile work ,block Work, Gypsum and Plaster work.
9) Candidate should have experience of Residential projects with Mivan Knowledge.
Responsible for effective execution of engineering work (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC) along with the site construction team ensuring timely completion, quality and design compliance of the projects including construction and infrastructure
