Jr. BIM Architect

You are a motivated Junior BIM (Building Information Modeling) Architect eager to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career in the architecture and construction industry. Your primary responsibilities will include preparing 3D models in Revit for various types of buildings, creating conceptual, detailed, and construction drawings using Revit and AutoCAD as per project specifications, and developing schematic and detailed BIM models encompassing interior and exterior architectural elements. Additionally, you will be involved in converting laser scan point clouds into information-rich BIM models for renovation purposes, utilizing Navisworks for Multi-Disciplinary Clash Detection, and generating quantity reports based on client requirements. As a key member of our team, you will be expected to demonstrate a keen interest in learning new skills, software, and industry knowledge, while fostering a positive attitude towards collaboration and knowledge sharing. Effective communication skills, the ability to work with minimal supervision, and a proactive approach to skill development in BIM technology and construction processes are essential for success in this role. Ideally, you hold a Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture or a related field and possess proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and other relevant BIM software applications. Your eagerness to learn and grow within a multidisciplinary team environment, coupled with strong communication and collaboration skills, will be advantageous.
