About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Oversee the preparation and processing of invoices for products or services provided by the division ensuring all sales and service transactions are billed promptly and correctly 2. Coordinate payments to vendors for accounts payable and track incoming payments from clients for accounts receivable 3. Oversee day-to-day activities within the division to ensure operations run smoothly including managing schedules tracking project timelines and coordinating with various teams 4. Ensure the division has necessary resources such as personnel materials or technology by coordinating with other departments and managing internal requests 5. Act as a liaison between the division and other departments or management communicating financial updates operational progress or challenges as necessary 6. Assist in or oversee the execution of specific projects within the division including monitoring project budgets timelines and deliverables 7.
