The role requires the ability to work with data such as demand-supply trends, transactions, and project insights, and translate them into clear, engaging, and meaningful scripts. Strong storytelling, script structuring, and the ability to simplify complex real estate concepts are essential. Key Responsibility • Develop compelling, engaging and well-structured scripts for real estate-related videos, including explainers, vlogs, and project reviews. • Research industry trends and market insights to create impactful narratives. • Work closely with video editors, animators, and content strategists to align scripts with visual storytelling. • Adapt scripts for different formats such as YouTube videos, social media reels, podcasts, etc. • Ensure clarity, conciseness, and engagement in scripts while maintaining a professional tone. • Edit and refine scripts based on feedback from stakeholders. • Stay updated with business trends and storytelling techniques to enhance content quality. The position will work with business partners internally to ensure offerings are following processes and procedures to go through production efficiently to display in print and on multiple user-interface digital platforms. The Digital Production Specialist - I will also assist with continually meeting and delivering the company s high standard of quality for content-driven publications and products by pre-determined timelines. Primary Responsibilities: Convert and update content from Word documents and PDFs into DITA XML based on product line and product type. Code elements in the platform, such as bold and italics, numbered and bulleted lists, etc., so the end result will appear on the LMS as intended using internal DITA XML to match source documentation.
