This role is crucial in creating a welcoming atmosphere and enhancing the overall guest experience at our resort. Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a smooth check-in process. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely and professional manner. Provide information about the resort, nearby attractions, restaurants, and activities. Coordinate with different departments (housekeeping, F&B, maintenance) to address guest needs. Ensure guest feedback is gathered and analyzed to improve services. Maintain a guest history database to personalize guest experiences for repeat visitors. Offer assistance with booking excursions, transportation, and other guest activities. Help in arranging special services like birthdays, anniversaries, or other occasions. Fully responsible for all aspects of all departments. Support and work with all Head of Departments in all aspects of running this hotel. Ensure the premises are in operative condition as per category of the unit to receive & serve the guests. Dealing with Suppliers / Vendors for quality products involving Purchase Manager and providing performance assessment of vendors every quarter to HO Purchase. Inspecting all departments for SOP implementation. Inspecting all department with their respective Manager's for cleanliness, ambience, service readiness, staff grooming & hospitalityculture.
