Eligibility Criteria’s: Education Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a Diploma in the same field Experience: 3-5 years’ experience in residential and luxury building construction Job Summary: As a project engineer specializing in residential construction, you will play a crucial role in the planning and execution of residential building projects. You will work closely with architects, contractors, consultants, and project team to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key skills: · Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards. · Proficiency in software and tools, such as AutoCAD · Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Key Responsibilities: Design and Planning: Develop and review engineering designs for residential buildings, including foundations, drainage systems, and structural components. Conduct site assessments to determine the suitability of proposed construction sites and identify any potential challenges. Collaborate with architects and other engineers to integrate structural elements with architectural plans. Project Management: Oversee the construction process to ensure adherence to engineering plans, building codes, and safety regulations. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and completion of tasks. Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to stay on schedule and within budget. Should be able to make wise decisions and trouble shoot the issues at the site.
