Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives. Lead and oversee end-to-end recruitment processes for all departments. Liaise with local labor contractors or placement agents for sourcing daily workers. Ensure proper attendance and payment records are maintained for all daily workers and Employees.
