In this role, you will be responsible for hand-painting and finishing 3D printed models, toys, figurines, and idols. You must have a strong sense of color, precision, and experience with airbrushing or hand painting using a variety of materials and techniques. Key Responsibilities: Paint and finish 3D models, toys, and idols according to design references or custom requests. Apply base coats, highlights, shading, and detailing using brushes, airbrushes, or other tools. Mix and match paint colors to achieve accurate and consistent finishes. Collaborate with designers, sculptors, and production staff to ensure high-quality outcomes. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace. Conduct quality checks and touch-ups as needed. Suggest improvements to painting techniques and workflows. Requirements: Proven experience as a painter, model artist, or similar role. Proficiency in hand painting and/or airbrushing techniques. Good understanding of color theory and surface preparation. Attention to detail and ability to replicate styles and patterns accurately. Experience working with different types of paints (acrylics, enamels, etc.). Patience, precision, and a steady hand. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in painting toys, action figures, collectibles, or religious idols. Background in fine arts, model making, or related fields. Portfolio of previous painted work is highly desirable.
