Risk & Compliance · Identify operational risks and implement mitigation plans. · Ensure all teams adhere to safety, legal, and compliance standards. · Conduct audits and implement recommendations. 7. Reporting & Analysis · Provide data-driven insights and reports to senior leadership. · Track KPIs and performance benchmarks across departments. · Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports. · Identify gaps in workflows, suggest improvements, and implement new SOPs. · Consolidate data from various teams for decision-making (project status, delivery performance, escalations).
