Reports To: General Manager / Director of Operations Key Responsibilities: 1. Operational Management - Oversee daily F&B operations, ensuring smooth service and high-quality standards. - Supervise staff, including waiters, bartenders, chefs, and kitchen personnel. - Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations. - Manage inventory, stock control, and supplier relationships. - Monitor food & beverage quality and presentation. 2. Customer Service & Guest Satisfaction - Ensure exceptional guest experiences by maintaining high service standards. - Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally. - Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. 3. Financial Management - Prepare budgets, control costs, and maximize profitability. - Monitor sales, pricing, and revenue reports. - Analyze financial performance and implement cost-saving measures. 4. Staff Management & Training - Recruit, train, and supervise F&B staff. - Schedule shifts and manage day to operation. - Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching. - Foster teamwork and a positive work environment. 5. Menu & Beverage Planning - Collaborate with chefs and bartenders to develop menus and beverage lists. - Ensure menu pricing aligns with budget and market trends. - Monitor food waste and optimize portion control. 6. Marketing & Promotions - Develop promotional strategies (e.g., seasonal menus). - Work with the marketing team to attract customers. - Maintain relationships with vendors and event planners. 7. Compliance & Safety - Ensure adherence to local food safety laws and licensing regulations. - Conduct regular hygiene and safety audits. - Maintain proper documentation for inspections. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Education: Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field. - Experience: 5-7 years in F&B operations, preferably in a supervisory role. Skills: - Strong leadership and team management. - Financial and budgeting expertise. - Excellent communication and customer service. - Problem-solving and decision-making abilities. - Knowledge of POS systems. Job Description Stage 1 : Awareness / Training Market the scheme in the targeted people area. Implement the outreach activities for sourcing potential entrepreneurs with the various NGO’s, Vocational Training Centers, Government Agencies etc. Make presentations about BYST to potential entrepreneurs. Identify appropriate channels for sourcing. Source potential entrepreneurs with viable business proposals. Perform initial screening of potential entrepreneurs for providing financial assistance for starting / expending tiny business ventures. Counsel & guide potential entrepreneurs on various options available for setting up small businesses. Stage 2 : Awareness Counsel and guide potential Entrepreneurs through business volunteers on various options available for setting up small businesses. Bring in those referred - to BYST for the workshop Maintain database of all awareness gen done, counseled & MIS reports Assist Project Coordinator in organizing various workshops, trainings and planning Ensure a coordinated and collaborative approach is undertaken among project partners at field-level /in implementing project interventions and achieving desired outcomes Act as a field level representative, as called upon by the Project Coordinator during review meetings, evaluation and discussions. Provide additional support to Project Management Unit as required.
