Fellows master mental models and workplace skills through immersive roleplays and real-world scenarios — helping them think, communicate, and solve problems with clarity, creativity, and contextual intelligence. What is the problem we are solving: Hiring is still overly focused on degrees, not capabilities. Entry-level professionals often get filtered out due to a lack of a degree, not a lack of potential. Companies struggle to identify talent who can thrive in fast-moving, generalist roles, especially in client-facing, sales, and operations functions. There’s a gap between what companies need (thinking, problem-solving, communication) and how most resumes are evaluated. Your Role: Source and evaluate young professionals and students for business-facing roles Build and maintain talent pipelines across platforms like LinkedIn, job portals, and college networks Conduct screening calls and identify candidates who demonstrate workplace intelligence Work with the training team to match candidates with the right simulation-based tracks Partner with placement and community teams to ensure candidate fit and progress Assist in developing creative outreach campaigns to attract high-potential youth What You’ll Get: Mentorship from our founder, Samyak Chakrabarty – a Forbes-recognized entrepreneur building future-of-work simulations to help humans thrive with GenAI.
