Manage resources efficiently, including budgeting, infrastructure, and facilities. Maintain liaison with university authorities, regulatory bodies, and external stakeholders. Ensure compliance with statutory, accreditation, and quality assurance requirements. Promote a culture of integrity, innovation, and inclusivity within the institution. Represent the college in academic, professional, and community forums. Monitor and evaluate institutional performance and implement improvements. · Educational Qualifications: · Master’s Degree in Physiotherapy (MPT) or an equivalent qualification recognized by the PCI. · Experience : · A total of 15 years of experience in the field of physiotherapy education and practice. · This must include at least 5 years of experience as a Professor in a recognized physiotherapy institution. · Additional Desirable Qualifications: · A Ph.D. in Physiotherapy or an allied discipline recognized by the University Grants Commission (UGC). · Independent published work of high standard in peer-reviewed or UGC-listed journals.
