Prepare and share reports such as Daily visits report and territory monthly report Qualifications Essential Graduate Degree in any stream (BA/B.Sc./B.Com/BBA/BBM/BMS) Minimum of 50% marks throughout education without any backlogs Graduation must be through a full time course Applicants with an Engineering background (B.Tech/B.E./Diploma/B.Pharma) will not be considered Desired Candidates with MBA/PGDM in Sales and Marketing Previous Experience Essential Fresher Desired 1 – 2 years of experience in Sales function in any organization Functional Competencies Product knowledge Analytical skills Behavioral Competencies Planning and result orientation Communication skills- verbal and written Additional Requirements Role involves visiting dealer counters which requires extensive travelling Role requires pan India mobility as it is transferrable in nature Proficiency with MS – Office, MS – Excel is mandatory Age to be 26 years - 30 Years Max. Role & responsibilities To interact with all HODs & staff of the hospital on upkeep of maintenance works. To lead the maintenance team & handle the complete engineering dept activities with preventive maintenance & corrective actions in a minimum downtime. Engineering department covering all critical equipment such as: Generators Transformers UPS system Gas banks Boilers AC systems: temperatures to be maintained in critical areas Water Management Sewage & waste treatment Bio medical treatment plant Kitchen equipment Fire prevention equipment Building Infrastructure Upkeep of the facility Mandatory & statutory compliances Understand the hospital preparedness for breakdown of equipment Support provided for operational departments Coordination with the FD & concerned departments on maintenance related works / requirements. To ensure safety at work at any given time AMC chart / documentation to be maintained with periodical preventive maintenance schedule, period of contract, cost details etc. for all equipments which are under AMC. Service reports documentation Monthly maintenance & consumption reports to be submitted to GM at HO. Allocation of technicians & duty rosters for 24 x 7 hassle free operations Implementation / Monitoring of Electricity & water savings methods on day-to-day basis Coordination with Local authorities for compliances as required All Retrofits / Renovations coordination for execution between projects team & vendors in the respective units.
