The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating design development, managing project documentation, monitoring costs, supervising construction activities, and ensuring successful project handover. Key Responsibilities: · Coordinate and oversee design development processes to ensure compliance with project requirements. · Maintain accurate project documentation, drawings, and reports. · Monitor and verify project estimation and costing throughout the construction phases. · Supervise and monitor construction activities, including: o Structural and Civil works (MS works, RCC, Blockwork, Plaster, Civil finishes such as tiling, flooring, painting, doors, shutters, elevation) o MEP works (Plumbing, Electrical, Lift installations) · Ensure quality standards and safety protocols are adhered to on-site. · Facilitate effective communication between designers, contractors, and stakeholders. · Assist in project planning and scheduling. · Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders. · Conduct site inspections and ensure timely completion of project milestones. · Ensure the successful handover of the completed project to the facility team. Qualifications & Skills: · Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field. · Proven experience in residential or similar projects. · Strong knowledge of civil, structural, and MEP works. · Excellent coordination, communication, and supervisory skills. · Ability to read and interpret drawings and technical documents. · Good understanding of estimation, cost control, and tendering processes. · Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
