Site Civil Engineer

Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Site Engineer to oversee our residential construction project. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating design development, managing project documentation, monitoring costs, supervising construction activities, and ensuring successful project handover. Key Responsibilities: ·        Coordinate and oversee design development processes to ensure compliance with project requirements. ·        Maintain accurate project documentation, drawings, and reports. ·        Monitor and verify project estimation and costing throughout the construction phases. ·        Supervise and monitor construction activities, including: o   Structural and Civil works (MS works, RCC, Blockwork, Plaster, Civil finishes such as tiling, flooring, painting, doors, shutters, elevation) o   MEP works (Plumbing, Electrical, Lift installations) ·        Ensure quality standards and safety protocols are adhered to on-site. ·        Facilitate effective communication between designers, contractors, and stakeholders. ·        Assist in project planning and scheduling. ·        Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders. ·        Conduct site inspections and ensure timely completion of project milestones. ·        Ensure the successful handover of the completed project to the facility team. Qualifications & Skills: ·        Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field. ·        Proven experience in residential or similar projects. ·        Strong knowledge of civil, structural, and MEP works. ·        Excellent coordination, communication, and supervisory skills. ·        Ability to read and interpret drawings and technical documents. ·        Good understanding of estimation, cost control, and tendering processes. ·        Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
