Key Responsibilities: Media Preparation: Preparation, sterilization, and qualification of microbiological media for routine analysis and sterility testing. Environmental Monitoring: Conduct routine and alert-level monitoring of controlled areas (Grade A/B/C/D) including viable and non-viable particulate monitoring. Water Analysis: Microbiological analysis of purified water and WFI (Water for Injection) samples as per pharmacopeial standards.Carrying out microbial monitoring of cleanroom personnel to ensure aseptic practices.Performing microbial limit testing of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished products as per applicable pharmacopoeias.Conduct sterility testing using isolator/glove box/sterility test apparatus under aseptic conditions.Carry out LAL testing (gel-clot or kinetic methods) for endotoxin determination.Maintain accurate records of test results and adhere to SOPs, data integrity, and GMP documentation practices.
