This role ensures that all products meet internal quality specifications, FSSAI regulations, and customer expectations, minimizing product recalls and safeguarding brand reputation. Key Responsibilities:Quality Testing & Analysis Conduct routine chemical and physical analysis of mustard seeds, intermediate materials, finished mustard oil, and Khal.
