Position : Senior Associate, Design Function/Team: Marketing and Communications Reports to : Director, Communications. Location: Mumbai Overview of the Team: The Communications team at Akanksha works with external stakeholders for events and partners with internal teams to create the overall brand and communication strategies for the organization. The team is also responsible for creating content for other teams to meet the organization’s requirements. Position Summary: As the Senior Associate, Design you will be responsible for planning and executing Akanksha’s overall visual identity and the brand’s look and feel. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain Akanksha’s visual identity across all communication platforms, ensuring brand consistency and cohesion. Conceptualize and create visual content (digital, print, and motion graphics) for events, campaigns, social media, and internal communications. Collaborate with internal teams to understand design needs and deliver creative solutions that align with organizational goals. Design collateral for external stakeholder engagement, such as event invitations, presentations, reports, and promotional materials. Ensure brand compliance by developing and updating visual brand guidelines, templates, and toolkits for internal use. Oversee creative production and vendor coordination for print and digital outputs, ensuring high quality execution and timely delivery. Contribute to content strategy by offering visual storytelling ideas that enhance the impact of written communication.
