Role & responsibilities: A. Security Strategy & Leadership Develop and continuously refine a holistic security frameworkcovering access control, perimeter defense, surveillance, and emergency responsefor all facilities. Lead and mentor the security teamensuring gendersensitive training and awareness so female staff feel confident and protected. B. Access Control & Surveillance Implement robust entry/exit protocols: biometric access, visitor vetting, gatepass management. Oversee installation and monitoring of CCTV systems, ensuring camera coverage of key areas (plant floors, corridors, common spaces, entry points). C. Incident Management & Response Establish clear SOPs for incident reporting, investigation, and escalationensuring rapid, discreet handling of any safety or harassment concerns. Coordinate regular drills (fire, evacuation, lockdown) and debriefs, incorporating lessons learned into improved procedures. D. Personnel & Vendor Management Manage thirdparty security agencies: negotiate SLAs, conduct performance audits, and enforce genderinclusion standards in hiring (encouraging female guards). Supervise inhouse security staff: maintain duty rosters that respect work–life balance and provide appropriate rest periods. E. Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement Partner with HR, EHS, and Facilities teams to align on women’ssafety initiatives (e.g., welllit walkways, safe shuttle droppoints, emergency hotlines). Serve as the primary liaison with local law enforcement and neighborhood watch groups to ensure communitylevel support. F. Compliance & Reporting Ensure all security operations comply with statutory regulations (fire safety, labour laws) and internal audit standards. Maintain accurate logs—incident reports, access records, patrol checklists—and present monthly MIS to leadership highlighting trends, gaps, and improvements. Work Experience: 8-15 years of relevant experience in security management. Qualification & Certification Required: Graduate in Security Management, Criminology, or related field. Exservicemen or retired police/paramilitary officers preferred; additional certification in industrial security or women’ssafety training is a plus. Knowledge, Skills, & Technology Platform: Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of accesscontrol systems, CCTV, alarm monitoring, and incidentmanagement software. Analytical & Decisive: Strong investigative skills, with datadriven approach to risk assessments and resource allocation. Role & responsibilities: Coordination with PPC for RM&PM receiving. Coordination for PO clearance for documentation Need to complete documentation process for all receiving material. Coordination with logistics for vehicle tracking up to dock for unloading. Coordination with production for required line material issuance. Provide shift receiving and issuance report to AM. File the receiving and issuance documents and maintain that in excel. Need to provide duplicate LR copy to unloaded vehicle driver. Need to fill out weekly rack inspection and submit report. Need to do receiving RM/PM documents process in SAP shiftily. After unloading at the same time need to complete GRN in the system. Need to fill out weekly rack inspection and submit report. Responsible for all unpacking activity before providing to production. Maintain 5S in RM area and dock area. Need to daily cross check temperature of cold storage warehouse. Shift wise issuance and Unloading accuracy. Coordination with quality for clearance. Receiving goods scanning and stock taking shiftily. Scanning all grn tagged pallet at dock and move to racking shiftily. Responsible for Shiftily toolbox talk. Maintain all safety requirements of warehouse. Need to do monthly physical stock audit and signed properly for record. Preferred candidate profile: Proven hands on experience of minimum 4 years experience in Solar PV Module manufacturing plant. Educational Qualification: Graduate/Diploma in any stream

Role & Responsibilities: Experience in Installation & commissioning of Solar PV Panel manufacturing set-up. Responsible for managing overall maintenance activities of solar module manufacturing plant i.e. Troubleshooting & Maintenance of pre-lamination, Automation & Post lamination machines. Knowledge of maintenance & troubleshooting of Multibusbar Stringer, Auto Lay-Up, Auto tapping, EL, Laminator, Framing, Conveyor line, HI Pot, Flashers, Auto Module Sorting. Knowledge in Maintenance & troubleshooting of VFDs, Servo Motors & Drives. Knowledge of various types of transducers (Pressure, Temperature & flow). Knowledge of various types of sensors (Contact & Non-Contact type) Maintenance & troubleshooting of Hydraulic &Pneumatic equipment. Knowledge & troubleshooting of Vacuum Pumps (Dry & Water Cooled type) Knowledge of PM Module of SAP is desirable. Knowledge of Communication Protocol of PLCs, HMI, Servo Drives. Understanding of PLC Logics. Installation & commissioning of VFDs & Servo Drives is desirable. Ability to take independent decision about Opportunity Maintenance during shift is desirable. Knowledge of 5S, TPM, Kaizen, Poke Yoke & Six Sigma will be an added advantage. Work Experience: Proven hands on experience of minimum 5 years experience in Solar PV Module manufacturing plant. Working knowledge of diverse high-speed machinery (Stringer, Auto bussing, Laminator & Framing, Sun Simulator etc.) and measurement tools (Vernier calliper, micrometre, multimeter, clamp meter, dial gauge, filler gauge etc.). Understanding of maintenance procedures, 5s and material handling. Knowledge of repairing of Electrical & Electronic & mechanical Spare Parts will be desirable. Educational Qualification: B. Tech./B.E./Diploma in Electrical/Electronic/Instrumentation Engineering/Mechanical or any other related field.

Role & responsibilities Ensure Hub opening & closing is done as per operational standards and requirements. Supervise the Sorters who receive the shipments. Planning as per available resources and allocating shipment for bike and van deliveries. Ensure all team members are trained and are aware of operational standards. Create the Runsheet/Pickup sheet and assign daily work to WMs. Prepare Reports; Check and revert on mails. Prepare and share Day End reports & Collection of cash, accounting and reconciliation with ERP. Participate in delivering the shipment/pickup as per operational requirement to the customer when required. Take ownership of the team assigned to him in terms of motivation, control attrition, handle grievance, grooming, zero customer escalations, training, coaching as per OKR. Adhering & supporting the organization into seamless adoption of new policies & process. Track undelivered shipment in ERP and call customer to identify reasons for non-delivery. Track wish masters performance at a real time basis to ensure all deliveries are completed as per plan. Provide support to the Wish Masters enroute and take necessary actions.
