Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and technically sound Senior Executive Engineering Projects to manage and support various capital and modification projects in our API manufacturing plant. The role requires hands-on experience in equipment erection, fabrication, insulation , and project planning, along with coordination and cost management. Key Responsibilities: Plan, coordinate, and execute project activities related to new installations, expansions, and facility modifications. Oversee equipment selection , erection, and commissioning as per project requirements. Manage fabrication and insulation works as per design specifications and quality standards. Prepare and review project schedules , monitor progress, and ensure timely completion within approved budgets. Coordinate with vendors, contractors, consultants, and internal teams for smooth execution. Ensure compliance with GMP , safety standards , and engineering best practices during project execution. Verify and process bills related to project works such as civil, mechanical, utility, and electrical jobs. Maintain accurate project documentation including BOQs, drawings, progress reports, and material records. Support validation and qualification activities post-installation in coordination with QA and validation teams. Required Skills: In-depth knowledge of equipment erection, utility piping , fabrication, and insulation works. Strong project execution and vendor coordination skills. Familiarity with API industry standards , GMP, and regulatory compliance. Proficiency in reading engineering drawings (P&ID, GA, layout plans) . Experience in cost estimation, bill verification , and project documentation. Ability to handle multiple projects with strong time and resource management . Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and process-driven Executive Engineering Documentation to manage and maintain engineering records and documentation related to equipment qualification, change control, and plant utilities. The ideal candidate should be well-versed with GMP documentation practices , engineering schedules , and technical drawing updates . Key Responsibilities: Prepare, review, and maintain equipment qualification documents (IQ/OQ/PQ). Assist in managing Change Control procedures related to equipment and utility modifications. Prepare and update logbooks, calibration schedules, preventive maintenance schedules , and related engineering records. Verify and maintain documentation for water systems, HVAC, and plant utilities in compliance with cGMP. Ensure timely updating and archival of engineering drawings (P&ID, GA, loop diagrams, etc.). Coordinate with validation, QA, and maintenance teams for document-related activities. Maintain compliance of documentation with regulatory expectations (USFDA, WHO, EU GMP, etc.). Job Summary: We are looking for a technically sound and detail-oriented Executive AHU Maintenance to manage and maintain the AHU systems in our API manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate should have a working knowledge of cleanroom standards , AHU operations , preventive maintenance , and pressure balancing as per GMP guidelines. Key Responsibilities: Perform routine operation and preventive maintenance of Air Handling Units (AHUs) and associated HVAC equipment. Ensure pressure balancing and airflow monitoring in classified cleanroom areas. Maintain and update all cleanroom and HVAC documentation such as logbooks, checklists, and preventive maintenance records. Conduct HEPA filter integrity checks , airflow validation, and cleanliness classification activities in coordination with the validation team. Identify abnormalities in AHU performance and troubleshoot for timely resolution. Coordinate with production and QA departments to ensure environment compliance. Ensure timely calibration of HVAC-related sensors and instruments (temperature, pressure, RH). Adhere to GMP , GDP , and safety guidelines during all operations and maintenance work. Key Responsibilities: Operate and maintain utility equipment including: Cooling towers Chilling plants Brine plants Air compressors Nitrogen plants Condensers and brine compressors Ensure proper cleaning, descaling, and maintenance of utility systems like chillers and condensers. Monitor and maintain water levels and water quality parameters in cooling systems. Maintain GMP-compliant logbooks , checklists, and utility operation records as per standard procedures. Lead or support a team of technicians/operators in daily operations of the utility block. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to utility equipment breakdowns.
