Production Coordination: Partner with the production team to translate designs into actual products. Oversee sample development, fit approvals, and quality checks. Manage pre-production timelines to ensure on-time bulk manufacturing. Troubleshoot production challenges and adapt designs if needed without compromising brand standards. 4. Cross-Functional Communication: Maintain strong coordination with merchandising, procurement, QA, and warehouse teams for seamless workflow. Ensure all product and design data are correctly maintained in the internal product development and inventory systems. Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or a related field. 2–5 years of relevant experience in apparel design (preferably in kidswear, babywear, or casualwear).
