Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven E-Commerce Specialist to manage and optimize our online sales platforms. Optimize product content including titles, descriptions, images, and metadata for SEO. Monitor and analyze performance metrics such as traffic, conversion rates, and sales. Coordinate with marketing, design, and logistics teams to ensure seamless operations. Execute digital marketing campaigns including email, PPC, and social media ads. Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify trends and opportunities. Manage inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain for stock replenishment. Handle customer service issues related to online orders and returns. Generate regular reports and insights for senior management. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or related field. Proven experience in e-commerce or digital marketing. Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Shopify, Amazon Seller Central). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and organizational abilities. Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and digital advertising is a plus.
