Required Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Solar O&M, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role. Proven ability to independently manage and operate solar power projects totaling up to 100MW. Knowledge: In-depth understanding of O&M best practices for solar power plants, both ground-mounted and distributed. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, inverters, SCADA systems, and solar asset performance monitoring. Expertise in statutory, regulatory, and safety compliance for solar operations. Proficiency in managing spare parts and inventory across multiple sites.
