Skills & Qualifications Must-Have MBBS plus MD/DNB in Obstetrics & Gynaecology; valid MCI/NMC registration. 5+ years post-PG experience in tertiary-care OBGYN, including independent surgical leadership. Proficiency in laparoscopic and open gynecologic procedures and obstetric emergency management (LSCS, PPH control, ectopic surgery). Competence in fetal ultrasound, CTG interpretation, and high-risk pregnancy counselling. Preferred Fellowship or diploma in minimal-access surgery, reproductive medicine, or uro-gynaecology. Exposure to NABH/JCI quality frameworks and EMR-based clinical documentation.
