Job Title: Business Development Executive Experience Required: 2+ Years Location: AKurdi, Pune Job Type: Full-Time Job Summary:We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive with 2+ years of proven experience in sales, client acquisition, and relationship management. Attend client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities to promote the brand. Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records of prospects and opportunities. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Key Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to close deals and meet sales targets. Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite. Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. Preferred Skills:Prior experience working with international clients (preferred but not mandatory). Understanding of B2B sales processes. Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar lead generation tools.
